I have expertise in all areas of printing from job concept and project layout to planning and completion of the printing process. I have been involved with the printing industry since 1979 with experience as prepress manager and systems administrator for the Dartmouth College printing services in Hanover, New Hampshire for a period of ten years. I began Cookson Publishing in May of 2000 and because of the need of customer referral to multi-talented individuals for all aspects of project needs, formed Soup Design Group, a group of free agents, in 2001.

In March 2006 I launched a new Upper Valley magazine called Upper Valley Life along with business partners Laura Osborn and Laura Jean Whitcomb. We provide a thoughtful look at over 40 towns on both sides of the Connecticut river, use local writers and photographers, and are sold in 60 locations in the Upper Valley including Borders Books in West Lebanon, the Dartmouth Bookstore in Hanover and the Hanover/Lebanon Food Co-ops to name a few.
